The Online Course Instructor is responsible for designing, developing and delivering engaging online courses. They will ensure that the content is comprehensive and relevant to the needs of learners; provide dynamic and interactive learning opportunities through various multimedia tools including video conferencing; evaluate course effectiveness and make modifications as necessary; foster an online classroom community amongst participants; and support learners with any technical issues related to accessing or completing a course.
